Just imagine a whitewashed house with red shutters, a wide porch bursting with red geraniums, sunflowers in the fields, verdant lawns and the simple beauty of nature ……
Maranghetto agritourism is a small oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of eastern Veneto, in Italy. Situated between the rivers Livenza and Lemene, it stands in ancient lands reclaimed in the 30s – a sort of crossroads between the marvels of Venice and Trieste, set among the pearls of Concordia, San Stino, Portogruaro and Caorle.
The tastes, colours, smells and aromas, so loved and put to pen by Ernest Hemingway, can still be discovered thanks to the many activities that we propose to our guests like excursions by boat or bicycle, wine and gastronomy tours and cultural tourism.
Once an old farmhouse, this ancient building has since been transformed into cosy, private apartments, holiday homes where animals are also welcome, places where people can relax and get away from it all in a marvelous country setting, at the seaside or admiring the natural beauty of Caorle lagoon.
